Membership – Membership is open to individuals 21 years of age or older with a shipping address currently served by Pedernales Cellars. Membership benefits & obligations are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or extended to others.
Commitment – You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your first 2 shipments. Please send us an email to wineclub@pedernalescellars.com with your name and address stating that you would like to discontinue your membership. You may also change your membership options at any time. Please allow 15 days for your cancellation or change request to take effect. We may cancel your membership if we, in our sole discretion, determine we are no longer able to adequately serve you. Reasons may include changing legislation that prevents us from shipping to your address or if you fail to pay the membership charges in a timely manner.
Shipping & Delivery - Your shipping charges are in addition to your club membership. An adult signature is required to receive shipment. If the shipment is returned to us because the carrier was not able to obtain an adult signature, we will reship, and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Skips – Please notify us at least 15 days in advance if you would like us to skip your shipment. We are happy to skip your shipment for up to 2 packages in a 12-month period. Hilltop (3 bottle) members will be placed on hold and will not be able to utilize their wine club benefits until their membership is no longer on hold. Once the hold ends, your membership will default back to being an active member. Vista (6 bottle) members and Panorama (12 bottle) members will be skipped and will be able to utilize their wine club benefits during the duration of their skipped package.
Pick-ups – If you prefer, you may pick up a shipment in person at the tasting room during normal hours of operation. We will hold wines for up to 3 months. After that time, we reserve the right to substitute similar wines as designated by our winemaker. Packages billed as pick up will not be automatically shipped to the member. It is the member’s responsibility to notify the wine club if he/she wants the wines to be shipped.
Substitutions – We regret that we are unable to honor requests for substitutions of wines.
Fulfillment – We will fulfill wine club deliveries on a best effort basis. Due to variations in harvest conditions, decisions by our winemaker relating to blending, barrel ageing, etc., changing legal requirements, and other factors, we reserve the right to substitute a particular wine with another wine of similar retail price.
Changes in price, shipping charges – We reserve the right to change prices and shipping charges. We also reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions, we undertake to give you 30 days’ notice of any changes.
Your Privacy – Pedernales Cellars is committed to protecting your personal data. We do not share, sell or loan any personal information with any other business or organizations, except as required by law or as required to fulfill our obligations to you e.g. (ship to address with an outside shipper to be able to send you wine).
