2023 Texas High Plains Trebbiano
On the nose you’ll find hints of tangerine, white flow-ers, wet stone, and green apple. This follows through on the palate and finishes with hints of almond. A me-dium bodied white with a long finish.
This wine would pair nicely with creamy cheese, goat or sheeps cheese, prosciutto wrapped cod and other fatty white fish.
