2023 Over the Moon Rose

The nose is fruit forward and refreshing with notes of melon, strawberry, rose petal, and stone.  This light to medium bodied rosé is smooth and easy drinking on the palate with a pleasant and balanced acidity. 

This rosé is food friendly and would be perfect with a cream-based pasta dish as well as white fish in a butter sauce.  The bright flavors and acidity make it a perfect compliment with summer and spring meals out on the patio.
