2022 Texas High Plains Trebbiano
On the nose you’ll find notes of golden delicious apple, white flowers, brioche, wool (similar to Chenin blanc), lemon, lime, and buttered toast. The palate is smooth and fairly creamy with a lingering soft finish.
This wine would pair nicely with creamy cheese, goat or sheeps cheese, prosciutto wrapped cod and other fatty white fish.
