On the nose you’ll find lots of tropical fruit and floral notes - kiwi, white flowers, white peaches, pear, with hints of stone and minerality. The palate shows fleshy peach and pear notes, pineapple and a bit of grassiness through a lively acidity and balanced sweetness. 
 
Pair with spicy foods, fresh seafood or raw bar, salty cheeses and brunch foods.
