2022 Far Side of the Moon

This wine has lovely notes of strawberries, red cherries, and cocoa. It’s a medium bodied wine with medium minus tannins while being fairly juicy on the palate. This was blended with chilling in mind, so feel free to serve with a slight chill on those hot  
Texas nights.
 
This is a food friendly wine that will pair well with  vegetarian dishes, pork, chicken, salmon or simply a relaxed evening under the stars.
