2021 Texas High Plains Grenache

Our 2021 Grenache has lovely red fruits notes.  Cranberries, strawberry, bramble, rose petal, cracked white pepper with some herbs are found on the pal-let as well as the nose. This wine is fuller bodied with fine and velvety tannins on a long finish.

The body of this wine makes it a good pairing for fatty and rich foods with some umami. A rich cut of steak, pork, would be just as nice as a mushroom and goat cheese lasagna.
