The 2021 GSM has notes of dried herbs, black cherries, strawberries, fig and game. This fuller bodied wine has a smooth mouthfeel and long finish with soft, dusty tannins.  

Paired with cured meats, stewed pork or beef, vegetarian mushroom lasagna, beef stroganoff and even Thanksgiving foods.
