2020 Texas High Plains Grenache
Our 2020 Grenache has lovely red fruits notes. Dehydrated strawberry, bramble, and black pepper are found on the pallet as well as the nose with hints of licorice. This wine is fuller bodied with fine and velvety tannins on a long finish.
The body of this wine makes it a good pairing for fatty and rich foods with some umami. A rich cut of steak, pork, would be just as nice as a mushroom and goat cheese lasagna.
